This package is for anyone who already has a tiered referral list OR a small referral list and needs help creating a follow up system. This package includes: • Onboarding call assessing the size of the referral list, time commitment for follow up efforts, budget or budget range, automations available, team available to assist, and comfort level with different follow up actions. • Follow up brainstorm and rough strategy session to review ideas, discuss feedback, map out the time and people needed to execute on strategy, and alignment on the direction of the strategy. • Finalization of referral follow up strategy and agreeing to the plan, the budget or budget range, and people needed to execute on the strategy. • Make it happen meeting. This meeting will be where commitments are made, dates on the calendar will be locked down, and clear next steps on WDWBW (who does what by when) are outlined for success.
